Composer, Eric Allaman and PFB Artistic Director, Kim Maselli are in the midst of creating their third original full length ballet to debut in May of 2019.  After premiering The Sea Princess in 2007 and Noah’s Ark in 2010 this dynamic team has gone back to the drawing board once again to create a 90 minute epic ballet titled Camelot.

For several years Allaman and Maselli have been developing the concept, libretto and music. In August 2017, Mr. Allaman flew to Macedonia to record our music with a 50 piece orchestra in Skopje. This eight day process gives Pacific Festival Ballet its third original full length masterpiece.

Creative endeavors such as Camelot take extraordinary time and money to make years of development finally appear on stage. PFB’s unique collaboration with a world class composer such as Eric Allaman allows our company to stand apart from others and we feel privileged to have such an opportunity.

We are asking for financial support from those of you who believe in the artistic endeavor that is available to PFB and our Conejo Valley audience at large. The ability to create original art is rare in this day and age yet we have the ingredients to create unique artistry in our own backyard.

If you feel inclined, please contribute to Camelot’s New Creation Fund in anyway you can. Sharing this outreach with family and friends will also help us achieve our vision. Your support will have a lasting imprint and help bring Camelot to life in May, 2019 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
