DVD Pick-Up Policy at California Dance Theatre

DVDs of The Nutcracker 2024 can be picked up at California Dance Theatre during regular business hours. You will receive an email notification when your DVD is ready for pickup.

Pick-Up Guidelines:

• Pick up is available within 7 days of notification.

• Please bring a valid ID or the order confirmation email to collect your DVD.

• After 7 days, DVDs will be held for an additional 7 days, after which they may be reallocated.

• If you are unable to pick up your DVD in person, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative pickup option.
