The Nutcracker

New York City Ballet principal dancers, Tiler Peck and Gonzalo Garcia, join our Resident Company for The Nutcracker. Complete with opulent sets and costumes along with dazzling choreography and a mega cast, every Nutcracker performance promises visions of sugarplums and a 100% chance of snowfall on the audience!


The Sea Princess

Pacific Festival Ballet's performance of The Sea Princess, which made its world début in 2007, was a resounding success, and we were fortunate to bring members of the community of all ages together to share in the "complete-with-a-real-live-mermaid" magic.


Noah’s Ark

Marking the second collaboration between Pacific Festival Ballet Artistic Director Kim Maselli and Composer Eric Allaman, Noah's Ark is a multimedia, contemporary, theatrical ballet that made its world premiere on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the Civic Arts Plaza in Thousand Oaks.

An epic undertaking, this contemporary ballet's début was heralded by the Ventura County Star, Ventura County's leading source of printed news, the Malibu Times, the Malibu Surfside News, KCLU FM 88.5 FM, an NPR affiliate station that serves listeners from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles, CA, and many other media outlets.

Encore Performances of Noah's Ark were performed in May of 2012, and once again in May of 2017.

Audiences join Noah and his family as they journey to a new world bringing with them animals, two by two. They witness the great flood’s destruction of mankind, the shelter of the Ark, and the first rainbow… promising hope for a new beginning.

Bursting with pixie dust, adventure, and dance, this timeless classic comes to life with all your favorite characters. Peter and his feisty sidekick, Tinkerbell, teach the darling children to fly and land on an enchanted island battling swashbuckling pirates led by the ferocious Captain Hook. This ballet masterpiece by Pacific Festival Ballet awakens the child in all of us!


Cinderella

Poor Cinderella… her wicked stepmother and mean stepsisters won’t let her go to the Royal Ball. However, with a little help from her Fairy Godmother and Prokofiev’s dazzling score, Cinderella dances her way to the Ball and meets the Prince of her dreams.


The Sleeping Beauty

This classic fairy tale comes to life in a ballet. Beautiful Princess Aurora is protected from evil Carabosse’s spell by her guardian fairies. Instead of dying, the Lilac Fairy puts her into a deep sleep. The awakening kiss of a handsome Prince is certain to cast a spell on Aurora’s heart and your imagination.
